Plan to exercise at least three days each week. This can be walking or jogging around the neighborhood, going to the gym, riding a bike or even working out at home. Being more active will consistently improve how you feel and will make everyday stresses more manageable.
Make it a habit to limit sugary snacks during the week. It is OK to cheat every now and then, but your body will thank you if you can learn to exercise better self control.
