1. Pnigophobia: Fear of choking

Similar to pnigophobia is the fear of swallowing, which can also lead to the same nutritional issues.


3. Dysmorphophobia: Obsession with a real or perceived body defect

Also called body dysmorphic disorder, this is yet another phobia that can lead to bulimia, anorexia and other serious issues.


4. Toxophobia: Fear of being accidently poisoned
