Take paratha for example. This layered, unleavened flatbread popular in India is most commonly eaten at breakfast. It's served with different preparations of egg or qeema (ground mutton with vegetables) and, therefore, promises to be as satisfying as it is tasty.
Vanocka bread from the Czech Republic and Slovakia is a splendid source of energy. It's prepared with raisins, almonds and sugar, so it makes an ideal midmorning snack.
