FREE NYC outdoor yoga now through September

New York Restoration Project (NYRP) is offering free outdoor yoga classes every Saturday now through September at 11 a.m., at two of their garden locations: Target East Harlem, located at 415-417 East 117th St., Manhattan, with instructors from the Harlem Yoga Studio, and at the Garden of Hope, 392 Hancock St., Brooklyn, with instructor Cayce Pia.

These hour-long sessions will educate participants about proper form, tempo and mindset needed for a fulfilling and exciting workout.
