5 frozen pumpkin puree ice cubes
5 frozen unsweetened coconut milk ice cubes
Dash of light cream
1 tablespoon agave, honey or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds
Garnish with whole cinnamon sticks
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
Yields 2 servings.
