Hydration is such an important part of well, life, so we want to make sure you’re getting your fill. This is even more important as we head into warmer months ahead.
Signs of dehydration include rapid heartbeat and breathing; Fever, lack of sweat; and confusion among others. Make sure you are drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
