Get your FREE diabetes health screening at Sam’s Club!

On Sept. 10, stop by your local Sam’s Club from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a free diabetes health screening.

The screening includes glucose, A1C, blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) tests. Glucose tests are not available in Tennessee, Maryland and Hawaii.
