[Infographic] Fast food items with 1,000 calories or more
January 21, 2013
The Heart Attack Grill’s Quadruple Bypass Burger clocks in at 9,983 calories — no, that’s not a typo — but plenty of other fast food items go well above the 1,000 mark. Think a tuna melt sounds healthy enough? Think again. Quiznos’ large tuna melt has more calories than the average person should consume in a full day: 2,090.
Steer clear of those and the rest of the fast food items featured in this infographic from How Many Calories Counter and Types of Graphs. Or, better idea: Just steer clear of fast food altogether.
