But we've all been there, haven't we? Being so good, listing nothing but the healthiest of ingredients, and when asked that dreaded question — what dressing do you want? — sabotaging ourselves by choosing the creamiest, most decadent, calorie-laden one they have.

You may kid yourself that, after all, you are  just having a salad, but you've seen what the wrong choice of dressing can do to the calorie count. You can almost hear every nutritionist telling you in unison that you may as well have had the greasy cheeseburger.
