NYC event: Eat well to live well

May 9, 2012

Want to know what foods to eat to live your best life? Of course you do. So, if you are going to be in New York City on June 3, be sure to check out the Food for your Whole Life health symposium.

Taking place at the New York Hilton, this full-day event will feature lectures from such health experts as Mehmet Oz; chief wellness officer of the Cleveland Clinic, Michael Roizen; and David Katz of the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center. Attendees will be able to sample food, have their body mass index (BMI) tested, check out health exhibits, participate in a stretch break with fitness expert Petra Kolber and see a cooking demonstration from chef Alessandro Stratta.

The event is open to the public, and tickets are $25.
