The easy trick you’ve never thought to do before: Cook down tomatoes and sweet onions on the stove for a few minutes with some olive oil. The result: You’ll be in avocado heaven with this slightly warm, ridiculously delicious guacamole.
Half of a diced sweet onion
Whole diced tomato
1 cup of fresh cilantro
Half of a squeezed lime
Scoop out the avocado and mash in a bowl.
Cook the sweet onion and tomato in a pan with some olive oil.
Mix avocado, diced cilantro, onion, tomato and lime juice.
