Prepared in 10 minutes or less. Makes 1 cup.
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon juiced and zested
1 seedless cucumber, peeled and cut into small matchsticks
Freshly ground white pepper to taste
Sprigs of fresh dill for garnish
In a bowl, crush garlic and combine with plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, cucumber matchsticks and ground white pepper.
Mix until incorporated.
Garnish with fresh sprigs of dill.
